Greer
Clarence Michael "Mike" Jackson, 53, died May 1, 2013 at his home.
A native of Columbia, Tennessee, son of Mary L. Williams Jackson of Pelzer and the late C.B. Jackson, he was a retired employee of Upstate Trucking and a member of White Plains Baptist Church.
Also surviving are his wife, Connie Lister Jackson of the home; a special aunt, Mary Ann Gambrell of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; and his special pet, Boo Boo.
Mr. Jackson was predeceased by a brother, Thomas V. Jackson.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Ray Hatcher and Rev. Tim Huckaby. Burial will follow in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, Pelzer.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.

"Tex", thank you for calling to let me know know about Mike. I didn't get to the visitation but did make the funeral and burial. I am sorry for your loss and if you ever need a shoulder to cry on, mine stays wet so feel free to us it anytime you want to.
