Melda Omega Harrison Wakefield, 78, of 105-D Stoney Creek Drive, widow of Samuel J. Wakefield, Sr., died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital.
Born in Waterloo, she was a daughter of the late Alvin Lester and Ada Vandever Harrison. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are step-children, Kay, Rene, Jennifer and Mark; sisters, Elizabeth Nunberg, of Greenville, and Eleanor Lollis, of Easley; and a brother, Jack Harrison, of Woodruff.
