Bobbie Ann "Abby" Abercrombie, 72, of 202 S. Adams Street, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at her home. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Robert Adams, Jr. and Annie Marie Ladson Adams.
Survivors: daughters, Tangie (Howard) Nelson of Houston, TX and Pamela M. Abercrombie of Simpsonville; son, Alfred Abercrombie, Jr. of Greenville; sisters, Sadie Adams and Shirley Goodlett, both of Greenville; brothers, Robert L. Adams, III of Greenville and Thomas C. Adams of New York, NY; three grandchildren, Candace Gaffney of Taylors, Hana and Andrew Nelson, both of Houston, TX.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, 12:00 Noon at Antioch Baptist Church with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens. - Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary

I wanted to express my sincere sympathy to the family for your loss.I just learned of Barbara's death today which is after the memorial service and I am truly saddened because she was a part of my memories of growing up in Greenville and attending Antioch Baptist Church.
