Jim Bolin, Jr.


James Clinton Bolin, Jr., 84, of Mauldin, passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 at his home. He is the son of the late James C. and Pauline Potter Bolin, Sr.

He was retired from management at Perrigo Pharmaceuticals and was a US Army Veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife Margaret Bolin of 60 years; daughters Carol Perry and husband Bob, Julie Rowe and husband Marty, Sandy Dickert and husband Jim; daughters-in-law Sue Ann Bolin, Connie Bolin; grandchildren Melissa Marquez, Amy Bolin-Hitchens, Jason Bolin, Cristie Kimmins, Julie Bolin, O.J. Bolin, Tim Bolin, Kacie Schmitz, Robert Rowe, Kaitlyn Perry; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two sons, Ralph Edward Bolin and Ronald Eugene Bolin.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Cannon Funeral Home in Fountain Inn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vista Care Hospice, 15 Brendan Way, Suite 100, Greenville, SC 29615 or the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
