I still miss Ray. He was my best friend in Tabernacle Baptist Church. I couldn't attend his funeral, but I did go by the church before the funeral. I hugged his casket and cried. He meant a lot to me.

I regret that I will not be able to attend the memorial service for Ray. He was my best friend at Tabernacle Baptist Church. We had many connections: We both have a military background, both worked at Cryovac, both owned Corvettes, as well as shared the same Christian beliefs. I will always cherish my memory of Ray, a kind, gentle man, always ready to offer an encouraging word.
