John Wesley Webb, Sr., 86, of 118 Amberwood Lane, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at his home. Born in Pendleton, he was the son of the late Walter and Mary M. Agnew Webb.
Survivors: wife of 65 years, Virginia M. Webb; daughters, Melva L. Webb (Walter) Akins of Mauldin and Sandra D. Webb (William) Oliver of Suffolk, VA; sons, John W. Webb, Jr. of Simpsonville, Rev. David L. (Jeanette) Webb and Michael A. Webb, both of Greenville, Walter T. Webb, Sr. of Mauldin, and Gary V. Webb of Brooklyn, NY; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great; a loving number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service: Saturday, 1:30 PM at Israel Metropolitan CME Church with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens. - Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary
