Harley "Joe" Fisher

Mauldin

Joe Fisher, 71, of Mauldin, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014, after a courageous battle with leukemia. He was the son of the late Harley S. Fisher and the late Louise Hudson Fisher Shaw of Greenville. Mr. Fisher is survived by his three daughters, Wendy Ballard (Ethan) of Greenville, Daphne Sanders (Kenneth) of Simpsonville, Erin Simonetti (Blaise) of Greenville; and his sister, Kathy Campbell (Phillip) of Greer. He is also survived by his two granddaughters, Diana and Isabel Sanders of Simpsonville.

He was a longtime employee of Belk in Simpsonville and considered his co-workers to be his extended family.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Saeeda Chowdhury and the extraordinary staff of the Greenville Health System Cancer Institute for the wonderful care they provided Mr. Fisher. Donations may be made in his memory to:
