Burr Nile Robb, Jr., 95, widower of Dorothy Lee Robb, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 6, 2014.

Mr. Robb was born in Ringgold, IA, to the late Burr Nile Robb, Sr. and Opal D Robb. He was of the Baptist faith, a soul winner for Christ and active in Prison Ministry. He was a decorated World War II veteran and retired as a Union Pacific Railroad Engineer after 40 years of service.

He is survived by two sons, Jim Robb (Linda), and Mike Robb (Cindy); a daughter, Beth Dyer (Johnny); a brother, Ernie Robb; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marcellene Wachter and Virginia Garrate.

A family graveside service with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2014, at Dolly Cooper Veteran's Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Johnny Dyer.

Memorials may be given on behalf of the Ukraine Orphans Fund to Infinity Church, 412 Fairview St. Ext., Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
