Argyle Dean Paddock
Argyle Dean Paddock, of Greenville, died March 15, 2014 at Bon Secours St. Francis after an extended illness. He was 83.
A native of Kalamazoo, Mich., Paddock had lived in Greenville since 1955, and was retired after teaching music at Bob Jones University for 42 years. After 12 years of mission trips to Haiti, he led summer mission teams for 21 consecutive years to Spanish-speaking countries and helped found a youth camp in Mexico.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Wanda Paddock of Greenville; son Keith, daughter-in-law Paula and grand-daughters Katrina, Heidi and Christianna Paddock of Triangle, VA; son Craig, daughter-in-law Amber and grandchildren Charlie and Grace Paddock of Charlotte, NC; and his sister, Helen Paddock of Kalamazoo, MI.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 2:00pm at Agnew Road Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1- 2pm at the church.
