Bobbie Bullock Patton, 89, widow of James Watts Patton, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 10, 2014, after years of declining health, at NHC - Greenville. She was formerly of 3249 Scuffletown Road.

Mrs. Patton was born June 23, 1924 in Laurel, MS to the late E.P. and Mellie Cooley Bullock. She attended business school in Meridian, MS and retired from The House of Fabrics. She was a very active and devoted member of Fountain Inn First Baptist Church and the American Legion Post 123. She was an avid reader and gardener.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Dan Williams of Greenville; a son and daughter-in-law, Earl Neil and Kay Patton of Fountain Inn; two granddaughters, Audrey P. Greenway and Shelley P. Strickland; a sister, Juanese West of Waynesboro, MS; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Toni Patton, of Fountain Inn; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Dorman Bullock.

Visitation will be Monday, 1:30 - 2:45 pm, at Fletcher Funeral Service.

Funeral service will be 3:00 pm, Monday in the chapel of Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Mike Bearden. Burial will follow at Cannon Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fountain Inn First Baptist Church library fund, 206 N. Weston St., Fountain Inn, SC 29644 or the American Legion Auxiliary Post 123, c/o Ms. Margaret Seel, 1916 Fairview Rd., Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
