Margaret Christine "Tena" Long Harley, 90, widow of G. Fred Harley, died July 8, 2014 at Bayberry Retirement Inn.
A native of Newberry County, daughter of the late Willie M. and Maggie Bickley Long, she was a retired employee of Peebles Kimbrell and a member of Memorial United Methodist Church where she was a member of Wesley- Davenport Sunday school class.
Surviving are two daughters, Adah Morrison of Seattle, WA and Freddie Hannon and husband Marney of Greer; four grandchildren, Ashley Morrison, Autumn Morrison, 1st Lt. Matt Hannon and Whitney Newby and three great-grandchildren, Braxton Hannon, Evi and Ezra Newby.
Mrs. Harley was predeceased by one sister, Kat Kimbrell.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Joseph Curtis and Rev. John Rush. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Forest Newby, Billy Joe Allen, Dean Kimbrell and Frankie Morrison.
Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home of the daughter, Freddie Hannon.
