Patricia "Patsy" Taylor


Patricia "Patsy" Taylor, 57, of Belton, SC, left this world with a smile on her face, surrounded by family, on July 24, 2014.

She was born in Williamston, SC, on August 29, 1956. She was preceded in death by her parents, William "Butler" Ragsdale and Carrie Erwin Ragsdale.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Buddy Taylor; sister, Rebecca "Becky" Ragsdale Williams; daughter, Michele Taylor Williamson (Alaric); son, Josh Taylor (Ashley); granddaughters, Kerrie Williamson, Aleigha Williamson, Kylie Farley, Skylan Taylor; grandson, Kohen Taylor; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

She attended Palmetto High School in Williamston, worked for Robert Bosch Anderson, SC, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Williamston. She was known for her hard work, love of horses, great sense of humor, and very kind and giving heart.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. The family is at the home, 217 Bowlan Rd, Belton SC. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to the , Hospice of the Upstate, GHS Virtual Toy Drive, or Children's Miracle Network.
