Edward Ruch

Fountain Inn

Edward Ruch, 53, of Fountain Inn, died Monday, February 11, 2013.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Edward Ruch, Sr. of Greenville, and the late Dorothy Cabble Ruch.

Mr. Ruch was an East Windsor Volunteer Firefighter, Station #2, Ancient Order of Hibernians, member of Knights of Columbus Council 10819, and a teacher of religious education. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are two daughters, Colleen Ruch of Greenville, and Kathryn Ruch of Simpsonville, and also Jessica Ruch-Dixon of Greenville.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast with the Recitation of the Rosary at 6:30 p.m.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Saint Mary Magdalene Church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to East Windsor Volunteer Fire Department #2, 69 Twin Rivers Drive, East Windsor, NJ 08520.

The family will be at their respective homes.
