Marguerite Franklin Webber, age 94, widow of Rev. D.B. Webber, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014.

Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late Loy Ernest and Mae Allison Franklin. Mrs. Webber was a member of Simpsonville First Baptist Church where she was active in many church activities. She was also a member of the Simpsonville Garden Club and the Simpsonville Mother's Club.

Mrs. Webber is survived by two daughters, Janice Engelman and Kathie Stover; a son, Bruce Webber; a sister, Marion Hendrix and husband Ralph; a brother, Ronald Franklin and wife Dot; four grandchildren, Dan Webber, Jeff Stover, Grant Stover, and Jessica Webber; ten great grandchildren, Alaynna Webber, Skylah Webber, Destiny Westbrooks; Kaleb Westbrooks, Crawford Stover, Sammy Stover, Skylar Masters, Lizzy Yuill, Austin Yuill, and Dylan Stover; and a sister-in-law, Lib Franklin.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Simpsonville First Baptist Church Chapel with entombment to follow in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at the church prior to the service.
