Howard Cloys Obituary

Howard Grant Cloys, Jr.

Greenville

Howard Grant Cloys, Jr., 72, beloved husband of Linda Cortner Cloyes, passed away on October 28, 2015. Born in Mayfield, KY, Mr. Cloys was a son of the late Howard Grant and Velma Traylor Cloys. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War; earned a Bachelors Degree from University of Alabama; and spent his career in hospital administration.

Surviving in addition to his wife are five children, Grant Cloys and wife Pam, Mike Cloys and wife BJ, Lynlee Sims and husband Jack, Bill Doty and wife Elizabeth, and Kristen Osadchuck and husband Lyle; 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

A celebration of his life will be at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of Interim Hospice for their compassionate care and dedication. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Interim Hospice.

oh, linda, i am so sorry....i have thought for months/years to contact you both, have been a sorry friend to you. which i regret. jess & i have divorced a year ago so life has been crazy...i hope you are doing all right. jess just texted me about howard.
