Mrs. Forrest was born September 8, 1919 in Osage County and passed on July 10, 2005, in Greenwich, CT., at the home of her daughter Linda Forrest Cummin and her son-in-law Pearson C. Cummin III.

Also predeceasing were her siblings Baxter Adrian (Jack) Sexson, Charles Hershel Sexson and Opal Marie Sexson Smith.
