ANNE LINHAM

ANNE LINHAM

Our beloved Anne passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2013.

She is survived and missed by her husband, Ted; two daughters, Jennifer and Jill, and her four wonderful grandchildren, Alex, Mara, Bayleigh and Katie.

Anne was born in Canton, Ohio to Frank and Marie Wetzel. She was the oldest of the 5 Wetzel children; David of Marietta, GA and Sarah of Gloucester, MA, as well as Lew and Linda, who preceded her in death.

Anne graduated from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio in 1959 where she majored in elementary education; was president both of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi and PanHellenic Council.

She married her college sweetheart, Ted, in August 1959, moved to Arlington Heights, Ill., where she loved teaching first grade.

She and Ted moved to Denver, where she continued to teach until the start of their family, first Jenny and then Jill, her premie miracle, two years later.

Anne loved good music, anything on stage, reading profusely, her buddies on the golf course and cooking marvelous concoctions in her recently remodeled kitchen.

Although her death was sudden and unexpected, she led a full and happy life and died surrounded by her husband and children. She will be sorely missed, yet greatly appreciated by all those who knew and loved her.
