SCHWAB, Ruth Mae 88 of Nampa died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at a local care center. She was born November 21, 1925 in Hamilton, Ohio to Wallace Elias and Hettie Marie Kessler Tice. Ruth graduated Hamilton High School in 1943. She was married to Joseph Henry Schwab on June 28, 1946 in Hamilton, Ohio and to this union three children were born. Ruth is survived by her three children: Joseph S. Schwab, Joyce M. Peck, and Brenda S. Lynch; six grandchildren and six-great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents and siblings: Gertrude Irene Stitzel, Christine Bell Powell and John E. Tice. The family wishes to extend our gratitude to Dr. Matthew Eastland and the staff at Kindred Care in Nampa for their excellence in providing compassionate care to Ruth. Memorials may be made to World Outreach at Nampa First Christian Church. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 2, at the Nampa First Christian Church, 619 12th Ave S. in Nampa.
