News Death Notice
SUMNER, Unav Age 87, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away at her home on April 6, 2014. She was born on August 31, 1926 in Corbin, Kentucky, the daughter of Frank and Gladys Steele. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Bernice Martin, Charlotte Petro and one brother, RA Steele. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Sumner; two daughters, Norma (Berry) McKellar and Connie Sumner; one son, Larry (Lisa) Sumner; two sisters, Dupal Caudill and Junav Jones; one brother, Andy (Barbara) Steele; her grandchildren, Sara, Reed, Amanda, Larry, Will, Christine, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Lauren, and Candace; three great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, Ohio on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
