ADAMS, Evelyn Jean* - Hamilton  
News Death Notice ADAMS, Evelyn Jean 88, of Middletown, Ohio died on January 16, 2015 with her family by her side. Preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Kay Ronto, she leaves behind her living children: Shirley Lockhart, Alexis "Susie" Duboi, and Gregory Ronto. She raised four children as a single mother when that was not common, and retired from Kroger after 32 years as a cashier. She always had a special place in her heart for Patricia (Ronto) Eaton and her family. A loving grandmother, friend, and devotee to 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, she was tireless in her affection for them. Feisty, fearless and generous even in the end, she donated her body to science. Friends may join the family in a celebration of her life on 1/27/15, 5-7 pm at Mt. Pleasant Activities Center in Monroe. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties in her name.

ALLEN, Wilbur* - Franklin  
News Death Notice ALLEN, Wilbur Age, 70 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Hospice of Butler- Warren Counties. He was born January 22, 1944 in Middletown, Ohio the son of Gordon and Lenora (Kirby) Allen. Wilbur was formerly employed with Wortco as a Machinist. He is preceded in death by his; wife, Demia, a grandson, Brandon (Peanut), his parents, and sisters, Myrtle, Ada May and Ruth. Wilbur is survived by his two daughters, Wanda (Thomas) Pence and Shelley "Demia" (Joe) Johnson; a son, Dean Allen; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, three brothers, Orville, Jargo, and Dale Allen also several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street, Franklin. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.

ARLINGHAUS, Rosemarie* - Fairfield  
News Death Notice ARLINGHAUS, Rosemarie Age 74 of Hamilton passed away Sunday January 18, 2015 at Hawthorn Glen. She was born February 6, 1940 in Hamilton the daughter of the late John and Ann (nee Fatika) Reumann. Mrs. Arlinghaus was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church where she was active in many groups, including the Altar Rosary Society and the ACES Group. She was also a member of AARP, the Hamilton Senior Center, and was a substitute teacher for deaf students in the Hamilton City Schools. Mrs. Arlinghaus worked as the manager of keypunch operations at Mosler Safe Company for many years. On May 13, 1972 in Hamilton she married Frank Arlinghaus who preceded her in death on February 12, 2006. She is survived by her brother Joe (Arletta) Reumann and her sister Mary Lou Hurley, both of Hamilton; nieces Debbie Hurley, Mary Beth Boggs and nephew Doug (Sheryl) Hurley. Mrs. Arlinghaus is also survived by her grand nieces Michelle (Josh) Babb, Amanda (Nick) Richards, and grand nephew Eric (Lerin) Boggs; great niece, Alexa Babb and great nephews Alex and Austin Babb, and Jayce Richards. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many close friends. Visitation was held at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church 224 Dayton Street, Hamilton on Wednesday January 21, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, and Father Michael Pucke, officiated. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church Building Fund.
