News Death Notice

BUDDO, Imelda G. age 84, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Friday June 7, 2013. She was born on February 12, 1929 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Edward and Catherine (Moelder) Wocher. She was educated in St. Ann School and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1947. She was employed at Leather Specialty, Woodlawn as a seamstress for 30 years retiring in 1997. She was a life long member of Sacred Heart Church. Imelda enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, collecting Christmas ornaments and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her 8 children Michael Buddo, Karen Buddo, Renee (Jim) McClanahan, Millissa (Joe) Yakimow, Greg (Melanie) Buddo, Jeff (Tonya) Buddo, Timothy (Anita) Buddo and Aimee (Oliver) McGrath; 20 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren; sisters Rita Simmons, Catherine Rindler, Ruth LoBuono, Roselyn Reaves and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Dolores Bach; brothers Edwin Wocher and Albert Wocher. Prayers will be Thursday June 13, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home 3950 Pleasant Ave. Hamilton, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, with Fr. Larry Tharp, officiating. Cremation will be held following mass.
