News Death Notice

WEYBRIGHT, Julie Lynn was born on July 14, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to James and Nancy (Ellis) Weybright. She peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at her home in Green Hills Retirement Community where she had resided for 6 years and 9 months. Julie is survived by her father, James and step-mother, Beverly (Ratcliff) Weybright, her beloved brother, Russell, sister-in-law, Cindy, nephew Brett (fiance Michelle), and niece, Rebecca Grace Weybright, all of Minnesota. Julie is also survived by Bev's, Amy and Chris Schenck, Ginger and Tim McLelland, Steve and Holly Poff, 11 nephews and nieces, and Bev's mother, Mabel Ratcliff, all of Ohio. Julie was preceded in death by her wonderful mother, Nancy, in December of 2000. Although Julie endured many disabilities throughout her life, her spirit was strong. She was a blessing to all who knew her. She reminded us about patience, compassion, mercy and grace. She taught us about unconditional love. We believe that through the grace of God, she is free of pain, and whole, walking with the angels in Heaven. We rejoice that she is in a place of promise and hope. Visitation hours are from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Breitenbach- McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, S. Sutphin Street and Woodlawn Avenues in Middletown, Ohio. The funeral service, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Timothy Johnson, pastor of the Indian Lake Church of the Nazarene will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at the North Monroe Cemetery, Monroe, Ohio. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations to the Indian Lake Nazarene Church, 13699 State Route 235, Lakeview, Ohio 43331. Special thanks to Julie's many caregivers throughout her life, too many to mention, all deeply appreciated. The entire staff of the Green Hills Retirement Community in West Liberty, Ohio is especially commended for providing a safe, comfortable, loving home for Julie. Special thanks, love and gratitude to Julie's best friend, Rose Cantor of the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities for her love, devotion and advocacy for Julie. A guestbook is available at www.breitenbachfuneralhome.com.
