News Death Notice
KARR, Billy W. age 41 of Hamilton passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 5:24 PM. He was born in Hamilton on March 5, 1971 the son of Kenneth W. and Patricia Jane (Hubbard) Karr. Billy was employed as a machinist at Thyssenkrupp Bilstein for the past ten years. He is survived by his wife, Rachel (Bastin) Karr of Hamilton; two sons, Steven W. (Darian) Karr and Christopher W. Karr, both of Hamilton; his father, Kenneth W. Karr of Hamilton; a sister, Maria (Walter) Freytag of Hamilton; two brothers, Roger (Jessie) Karr of West Alexandria and Kenneth W. Karr Jr. of Hamilton; a grandson, Zackariah Karr; and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Jane Phillips. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. www.browndawsonflick.com
