News Death Notice
WATSON, Donna K. (Kay) (nee Collinsworth) age 75, a resident of Otterbein Nursing Home, Lebanon, OH, passed away July 5, 2012, at Atrium Medical Center. Kay was born February 8, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Willard and Alta (Back) Collinsworth. She graduated from Ezel High School as the salutatorian in Ezel, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Watson; brother, Roger Collinsworth; and grandson, Adam Anderson. She is survived by daughters, Tammy Laine (Tom), Melissa Anderson (Larry); grandson, Charlie Knabel; and sister, Judy (Carl) Tolson. Kay had a very active sales career including Stanley Products, Life Insurance, Home Interior, as well as earning prestigious awards from selling Avon products. Her last sales position was with Silver Chest Creations where she designed and sold the jewelry. The family wishes to acknowledge all of the wonderful care takers at Otterbein Nursing Home and Atrium Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Saturday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Reed and Rev. Greg Banks officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM to service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Butler County Memorial Park.
