News Death Notice

MOREL, Pierrette age 84, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Garden Manor Retirement Village where she had resided for one year. She was born April 25, 1926 in Montreal, Canada. She was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents, Jean C. and Elizabeth (Chevalier) Plante; and her husband, Jean Paul Morel in 1986. She is survived by five children, Serge R. Morel, wife Julia, Pierre L. Morel, wife Brenda, Francine L. Walters, husband Joseph, Claude Morel, and Beverly Peluso, husband Ronald; 13 grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Jeannine, Felicia, Hampton, Lorrie, Nicole, Jodi, Jenna, Ronald, Jr., Melanie, Kristen, and Jon; and 21 great grandchildren, Hunter, Alexis, Aiden, Alyssa-Mae, Skylar, Alyssa-Belle, Emma, Tiffany, Beth, Elizabeth, Emily, Gericka, Cayllan, Cody, Nikiah, Seth, Conner, Dustin, Austin, Jewel, and Kendra. Private services were held at the convenience of the family at Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille officiating. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
