News Death Notice

BRANHAM, Albert E. Age 77, of Patriot, Ohio passed away at his son's home on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. He was born September 15, 1937 in Odds, Kentucky to the late Turner and Sarah (Kirk) Branham. Albert was a retired welder of over 30 years at CGE. He was a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2309 and the V.F.W. of Franklin, Ohio. He is survived by son, Donald Ray (Judy) Branham of Patriot, Ohio; two grandchildren, Amanda and Donald II; and two-great grandchildren, Seth and Luke; special companion of over twenty years, Bernice Alcorn and her children, Angela, Gail, Rick, and Kenny; and one sister, Martha Selcage of Paintsville, Kentucky. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Diana (Taylor) Branham; brothers, John and Odice; and sisters, Alma and Mary. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 12pm at Wood Hill Cemetery in Franklin, Ohio with Rev. James Maggard and his son, Mike officiating. Services are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillumfuneralhomes.com
