My condolances to Anne's family. One day, several years ago our daughter, Margaret Houge, phoned to say that Anne would be in Hanford for her HS graduation celebration, would I meet her? I found her at the luncheon in close by Lemoore and had a nice visit. Also spoke to her in Church in GF at a later time. She was a lovely, interesting lady who has, I'm sure, left a lot of fun and happy memories. Her obit was in the Hanford Sentinel. God's blessings to her family and the Church family.

Kathy, Stephanie, and Family: So sorry to read about the passing away of your Mother. A finer woman could not be found. I truly enjoyed the many conversations we had. The Lord definitely has a special place for her. Please accept my deep feelings of sympathy for you. May the Lord bless you during this difficult time.

Kathy, Stephanie and families;
My deepest condolences on your loss of Anne. I wouldn't trade growing up in Black Eagle for any reason and it's mostly because of the people we grew up around, especially the older folks. Anne was one of these people who instilled memories of love and kindness into our lives as children. Today's kids don't know the joys of running free and sitting on the porch or steps of someone's home and just visiting especially with older people. It's a priviledge we enjoyed growing up with. Anne was a big part of the community and always a shining star who was never too busy to chat and instill some wisdom into the life of a child. Coming home to visit was always special when I would run into Anne and once again reconnect; it seemed I had never left. When my turn to leave this life comes, I will once again have the honor of reconnecting with Anne in the presence of our Lord. My prayers for peace and comfort to your family; hold on to your memories of a very lovely lady.

To George, Stephany and the many relatives and friends of Anne Kalafat
I was saddened by the notice of Anne's death. I remember her always attending a game ready to cheer on whoever was playing. For many years Anne provided the refreshments for fellowship after church. Anne was always willing to be of service wherever and whenever she could. I am sure she will be missed by many.
May God continue to bless Anne, her family and many friends.
