Lazarro Family:

In an internet search to locate Monique Lazarro from Quartz Hill High School's class of '87, I stumbled across this obituary and believe this to be the mother of the same Monique Lazarro for whom I was searching. If I am correct, please have Monique contact me at [email protected]. If I am incorrect, please accept my apologies for the confusion.

In either case, please accept my sincere condolences. I lost a family member to cancer in 1991 and it was quite painful. I imagine that this is a particularly tough holiday season for your family. I hope you are all left with many fond memories of Janet for many years to come.

Best Regards,

Pat Larson

We were so sorry to hear about Janet. We will both treasure the time we got to spend with her - she was a breath of fresh air - so vibrant, fun and inspiring. I know the memories of her will be alive forever (and that you now have a special guardian angel to watch over you). Please accept our deepest sympathies.

A hummingbird came up to me today a foot away and stayed there with me for a few seconds. I wondered, "is that you mom?" I miss you terribly and look for you everywhere.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I got to know your parents when they both worked at St. Brigid. They were very kind people to me and my family, I'm glad I got to know them. May you find comfort during this difficult time. God Bless
