Frank S. Costa was born on October 31, 1971 and entered into the hands of his Heavenly Father April 16, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

He was a lifelong resident of Hanford, California and was a Hanford High School Graduate working toward his degree in Criminal Justice.
He met the love of his life Stacie Cunha in the spring of 1994 and they were later married a St. Bridged Catholic Church in September 2000.
In 2005 they were blessed with a son Keavin and received a second blessing with the arrival of their daughter Kylee in 2007. These children were truly the sparkle in their father's eye.
Frank was a man of many talents. Besides be a great husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, he was very mechanical and an accomplished Electrician. In 2008 Frank decided to make a career change hoping to provide a better life for his family and became a Correctional Officer. He worked at the California Department of Corrections in Avenal where his co-workers were not just friends, they became family.
Frank's favorite pass times and hobbies included riding quads, fishing and vacationing at the coast. Hunting, off-roading and exploring nature at his wife's family ranch near Coalinga.
He is survived by his wife Stacie and their 2 children Keavin (8) and Kylee (5), his mother Cenilda Costa; brother Danny Costa and wife Jasmine; brother David Costa and wife Danette; sister Christina Lewis and husband Shannon; in-laws Jeffrey and Kathy Cunha and Steve Cunha and wife J.J. Frank was also a very proud uncle of 12 nieces and nephews ages 2-10.
A rosary will be held on Thursday April, 18th at 7 p.m. in Laton at The Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. The funeral will be the following afternoon on Friday April, 19th at 1 p.m. also at The Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima with graveside service immediately following at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a trust fund for Frank's children has been established at Educational Employees Credit Union in Hanford.
