DAYTON — Vernon Wynn, 80, of Dayton, passed away on March 14, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center - Ft. Thomas, KY. He worked for Keebler in Mariemont. He loved feeding animals, loved his cats. Vernon served his country during the Korean War, in the Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Joy (Asher) Wynn, father, Granville Wynn, mother, Lona (Middleton) Wynn, sisters, Mildred Brandenburg, Pernie Lanham, Shirley Roarke, brothers, Wilbert Wynn, Alfred Wynn, Granville Wynn Jr. V

ernon is survived by his Son, Brian Vernon Wynn of Atlanta, GA, Daughter, Joann (Don) Newberry of Waddy, KY, Granddaughter, Megan Joy Newberry, Granddaughter, Kristen Allie Newberry, and siblings Wanda Mulkey, Norah Beech, Ollie Bates, and David Wynn.

Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at the Bagdad Cemetery, Bagdad, Kentucky. Burial will take place in the Bagdad Cemetery Bagdad, Kentucky.

Memorials are suggested to the 297 Buttermilk Pike Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017 or Campbell County Animal Shelter P.O. Box 97 Melbourne, KY 41059.
