CUMBERLAND — Lorraine Blair Nolan, age 95 of Cumberland, KY, entered eternal life on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at the Tri Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where she had been a resident for the last 6 years and during this time, the caregivers there became both friends and "family".
