KENVIR — Tammy Dodson Saylor, 48, of Kenvir, passed away Friday, July 3, 2014, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 1, 1966, in Harlan, KY. Tammy was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Darlene Cupp.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Saylor, Kenvir; five children, Kyle Saylor, Kenvir; Brandy Poteet, Kenvir; Chris Poteet and Wife Montie, Ashburn, GA; Brittany Chriswell and husband William, Lafollette, TN; Sarah Dodson, Kenvir; brothers and sisters, Ricky Cupp and wife Myra, Dizney; Debbie Bennett and companion David Miller, Fresh Meadows; Ruth Baker and Steve Baker, Tampa, FL.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, special pet Bear, and a host of nieces, nephews, many friends and loved ones.
Visitation will be conducted, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 until 9 PM in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, July 7, 2014, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Moore Reverend Jeff Mills and Clarence Ramsey officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cupp Family Cemetery, Kenvir, KY.
Close loved ones will serve as pallbearers.
