SUNSHINE — June Browning, 84 of Sunshine passed away on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015 at her home with family by her side.
June was born Nov. 16, 1930 at Wilhoit, KY to the late George Washington and Dora Gray Tolliver. She was a retired Day Care worker and believed in the Baptist Faith. She moved to Piqua, OH in 1960 and returned to Harlan in 1997.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Tony, Bill, and John Tolliver; sisters, Margaret McCurry and Dorothy Maggard.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Browning of Sunshine; children, Sue Ann (John) Hicks, Jeannie Jones, and Jeffery Mills all of Piqua, OH; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Jack Tolliver of Harlan; 1 sister, Sally Belle Bennett of Harlan; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives are left to mourn. She was truly blessed to be loved by so many.
In keeping with her wishes all services are Private.
The family request memorials be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, Mountain Heritage PO Box 189, Harlan, KY 40831.
