Ashlee Page-Bennett, known as Libby, was a big personality who lived life to the full.
The former Newport Free Grammar School pupil died at the scene after her friend's Ford Ka was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Golf on Thursday, June 7, at about 9pm.
Libby was born at Harlow's Princess Alexandra Hospital and attended a pre-school based at Bishop's Stortford High School before starting at Birchanger Primary.
She and older sister Emily, 23, and younger brother Harry, 18, grew up in Newtown Road before the family moved to Soham in Cambridgeshire in 2000.
Her grandmother, Phyllis Bennett, uncle Simon and aunt Philippa live in Stortford, while her late grandfather, Stanley, ran former North Street estate agent Ashley Spencer.
The arrangements for Libby's funeral have yet to be finalised but it is expected to be held in her former home town.
