HARTFORD CITY – Judith A. Clark, 72, of Hartford City, passed away at 2:25 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at her residence.

She was born in Marion on June 25, 1941, to the late Howard Bilbee and the late Elma (Lloyd) Bilbee.
Judith graduated from Marion High School in 1958.
She married Robert "Bob" Edwin Clark on December 22, 1959, in Marion. He preceded her in death on August 16, 2013.
Judith formerly worked at St. Clair Glass, Hartford City, and T.W.O. Furniture, Hartford City.
She will be sadly missed by her three sons, DeWayne E. Clark, of Hartford City, Robert E. (friend, Stephanie Powell) Clark, of Hartford City, and Raymond H. (wife, Sherrie) Clark, of Huntington; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald (wife, Kathryn) Bilbee, of Kendalville, and Jerry (wife, Bob-by) Bilbee, of Marion; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Jim L. Clark, and two brothers, Roy Bilbee and Jap Bilbee.
Funeral service will be at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St., Hartford City, with the Rev. Bobby Thomas of Full Gospel Tabernacle Lighthouse Church officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Keplinger Funeral Home. Cremation will follow funeral service.
