My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I worked with Dot for many years at CNA. She ALWAYS had the ability to find laughter, humor and a smile - even the worst of times. She was quite the lady and will be sorely missed.

I too worked with Dorothy at CNA; we had a blast when we could. I loved listening to her stories about her dogs, especially 'Bart'; the cats, and of course her children and grandchildren. One story I will never forget: many many years ago -> whenever she was 'out for a drive' and saw a tiny bush or tree growing by the side of the road, she would pull over, get her shovel out of the trunk and dig it up. Take a look at the trees in her backyard, now you know how 'they' came to be! I have a shovel in my trunk too. I will truly miss her. My deepest sympathy to all of you.
