SINISGALLI, Agnes Lillian

Agnes Lillian Sinisgalli, 93, of Bristol, widow of Domenick A. Sinisgalli, Jr., died Monday (February 4, 2013) at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Lillian was born on April 29, 1919 in Bristol and was the daughter of the late Karl and Pauline (Maron) Steinackle. A lifelong Bristol resident, she graduated from Bristol High School and volunteered for many years at Bristol A.R.C. She enjoyed visiting Cape Cod, making and selling her crafts, and was an avid collector of Bristol related post cards. She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Bristol, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. Lillian is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Barbara Sinisgalli of Melrose, MA; two daughters, Carlen Sinisgalli of Bristol, and Lisa Sinisgalli Erol of Southington; her granddaughter, Rebecca Sinisgalli of Melrose, MA; her sister-in-law, Phyllis Steinackle of Bristol; several nieces and nephews, and her loving cat, Sam. She was predeceased by her brother, Allen Steinackle. The family thanks her home health care aides and the staff of The Connecticut Hospice for their kind care of Lillian.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends on Thursday at the church between 10 and 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 1125 Stafford Ave., Bristol, CT 06010, or to Bristol A.R.C., 621 Jerome Ave., Bristol, CT 06010.
