TORRES, Christopher E.
Christopher E. Torres, 17, of Windsor, son of Frank and Wendy (Loucks) Torres, died suddenly Friday, (September 7, 2012), as the result of an automobile accident. Born in Hartford, he was a life- long Windsor resident and currently a senior at Options in Hartford, combining academic studies with automotive technology. He was in the process of enlisting in the US Army where he planned to serve as an attack helicopter mechanic after graduation. Besides his parents, he leaves his brothers Jonathan and Michael Torres both of Windsor; maternal grandmother Patricia Loucks and paternal grandfather Efrain Torres, Sr. both of Windsor; his Godmother Kristin Pabich; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Torres, Loucks and Young families, and his dear friends, Michelle and Danielle. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Barry Loucks and his paternal grandmother, Gloria Torres.
His family will receive friends Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Avenue, Windsor. His funeral will be Wednesday, Sept. 12, 10 am at Grace Episcopal Church, 311 Broad Street, Windsor. Rev. Chip Elliott will officiate. Private burial will be in Palisado Cemetery.
