CRITZ, Margaret "Peg" Lorzing
Margaret "Peg" Lorzing Critz, 84, of Enfield, CT, formerly of Windsor Locks, wife of the late William B. Critz, died suddenly, but peacefully on Wednesday, (November 21, 2012) at her home in Saint Joseph's Residence. She is survived by her children - Michael Critz of Milford, NY, Judy Thorp and her husband Terry of Erie, PA, Kurt Critz and his wife Jane of Enfield, CT, Mark Critz and his wife Julie of Enfield, CT, Heidi Hall and her husband David of Enfield, CT; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; brother Julius "Duke" Lorzing of Suffield, CT; brother-in-law Richard Critz of Reno, NV; sisters-in-law Kathleen Lorzing of The Villages, FL and Carol Tesch of Watertown, NY; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Mari-Jo Critz Reddish, son-in-law Frank Reddish; her parents Julius and Mary "Marie" Lorzing; in-laws Noah and Verda Critz; brothers Joseph and John Lorzing; sisters-in-laws Monica Critz and Sally Lorzing; and brothers-in-law Robert Critz and Carl Tesch.
Her family will receive friends on Saturday, December 1, 2012, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. (Rt. 159) Suffield, CT; followed by Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, 11:30 a.m., at St. Mary's Church, 42 Spring Street, Windsor Locks, CT. Burial will be private at the request of her family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 1365 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT 06082.
