Dearest Connie, John and Andrew(my friend)
It's hard enough to lose contact with such dear people over the years, but it's so much harder to hear such sad news about a guy like David. We will always remember the quiet and kind way about him, his warm smile, and his strong devotion to his family. We know how heart broken you all must be, but we have our faith to remind us that there is a special place in heaven for a guy like David.
Connie, please know that we will keep you and the boys in our thoughts and prayers in hopes that you can all get through this loss in the best way possible.
Love and prayers,
The D'Eon's

Dear Connie, John and Andrew
Al and I went to the wake tonight and I came away feeling how fortunate you all are to have each other and how fortunate David was. The three of you and your extended family will all be there for each other. David was my friend; we talked each morning and shared both good and bad. He was a good, kind, and caring man. As hard as things were for him, he would always ask about my girls and how I was doing. When he retired, I missed him. But we emailed and kept in touch. I can't talk to him anymore but our conversations will always be in my heart. My love to you all- Lin

Dear Connie,
I was very saddened to hear of David's passing. David and I worked together in
Research at the Labor Dept 30 years ago but I still remember what a great guy he was. We shared a lot of laughs and stories working (and playing volleyball) together. I'm sure Jessie and Maryann will take care of him. My deepest sympathy to you and your sons.

Dear Connie, John & Andrew,
David was a sweet man possessive of such a gentle soul. We shared frequent chats at my cubicle, most of which revolved around the world of theatre.
He would often regale me with details of the last show he had just seen at the Bushnell, and chuckle softly over my latest theatrical venture. I always enjoyed sharing that bond with him.
May his time on earth caring about and for others, now allow him to rest in peace.
