OTT, Cecelia (Sumislaski)
Cecelia Marian (Sumislaski) Ott, 85, formerly of Manchester, CT, beloved wife of Arthur M. Ott Sr., died peacefully on Wednesday (December 7, 2011) in Hudson, FL. While residing in Manchester, Cecelia was a devoted active member of St. John's PNC Church. Besides her husband of 69 years, she leaves a daughter Cynthia MacFarlane of Florida, granddaughter Shelly Boswell and husband Walter of Arizona, grandsons Gavin MacFarlane of Arizona and Eric Wagner and great-grandson Triston of Manchester, sisters Caroline D'Onofrio of South Windsor, Adella Carneilla, brother Francis Sumislaski both of Manchester and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son Arthur M. Ott Jr., sisters, Sophie Zatkowski, Marian Zajac, and brothers, Bruno, Stanley and John Sumislaski.
Funeral services will be Wednesday December 14, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. John's PNC Church, 23 Golway St. Manchester. Burial will follow in St. John's PNC Cemetery, Manchester. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's PNC Church Memorial Fund, 23 Golway Street, Manchester, CT 06042 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
