Meloney Rose Forrest

Meloney Rose Forrest, 38, born in Jamaica, migrated to USA in 1990, and resided in West Hartford, died Wednesday, (July 24, 2002) at Hartford Hospital. She leaves a beloved and devoted family, her father, Wellesley Salmon of Jamaica; husband, Errol Forrest; children, David Reid, 12, Meloney Forrest, 8, and Nathaniel Forrest, 18 months; sisters, Sonia Millington of Jamaica, Margaret Millington-McKenzie and her husband Frank, and Olive Primrose Gilling and her husband Audley; brothers, Osbourne Richards and his wife Barbara, and Stan Thorpe and his wife Patricia; 17 nieces; 12 nephews; grand nieces and grand nephews; mother-in-law and father-in-law; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; church family; and close friends. Calling hours will be at the New Testament Church of God, 339 Blue Hills Ave., on Friday, August 2, 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be on Saturday, August 3, 9 a.m., at the church.
