BYSTRAK, Vivian H.
Vivian H. Bystrak, 83, of Bristol, passed away on Saturday, (June 2, 2012) at Sheriden Woods. Vivian was born on Dec. 16, 1928 in New Britain, a daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Leonard) Heath. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Robert LaMadeleine of Wolcott; her son Gary Bystrak of Bristol; her brother Dennis and his wife Judy Heath of Suffield; her sister Lois Cullina of Bristol; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Eugene and Joan Bystrak of Southington; her three grandchildren, Danielle and her husband Ray Roux, Bethany and her husband Jose Traverso and Christopher his wife Linda Bystrak; her great-grandchildren, Abigale Simmons, Benjamin Traverso, Kaylee and Anne Roux and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John Bystrak; her grandson, Todd LaMadeleine; her sister, Carol Houlihan; her nephew David Cullina and her special aunt, Ethel DeLisa.
Family and friends may call at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville, on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at noon. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Memorial donations in Vivian's memory may be made to Bristol Hospital Hospice, P.O. Box 977, Bristol, CT 06011.
