The last few days this memory keeps me laughing ....So one day Don tells me to go on a walk with him and guess where we ended up ??? At a RV lot ...and you guessed it ...Don picked one out and we are now off test driving the biggest RV you have ever seen ! There we were driving around and ended up in the VA parking lot where there is a big turn and there was Don driving along and there I was in the front seat with him busting up laughing ....it was soooo much fun ....I will never forget that day and I don't know if anyone remembers his love bird...ha ha ha that bird would chase me around his house everytime , I could swear it thought it was a watch dog ...I miss you Don so so much

Another memory comes to mind I thought Id share with all of you - we were working in the office as normal and I always had music playing but I figured Don might like a break from my normal tunes I played so I asked him if he had any CD's in the car we could play so we went out to his car and found some of the music he really enjoyed ....so we played it everyday and he'd sing n smile b4 I knew it I knew all the words n we'd sing together while we worked which really made it so much fun,
I can still hear his voice in my mind, what a great time we had :)

As I sat and thought about Don last night so many memories came to my mind ....I remember him bringing us bags and bags of fresh fruit he had picked from his orchards up in Arroyo Grande they were so delish and I always looked forward to Monday morning when he'd walk in with a bag of goodies (rare fruits ) I especially loved the peaches...he loved his bees, I remember hanging out with him over the weekend @ his Northridge house and he wanted to show me how the whole bee thing worked " bee business" is what he said he wanted to show me ....so he put on his bee suit and took me out back to check him out ...its really amazing how hard and busy bees really are ...not only was the honey delish but it really changed my mind about bees they are really awesome creatures ....Dons favorite movie Ulysee's Gold is all about bees, you should check it out if you haven't seen it ...its a great movie

Mr. Don Beach was a good friend.
We spent around 30 years together as KFC Franchisee Owners.
At Local Meetings, Regional Conferences or National Conventions, we would bond.
The Fountainebleau, Miami, Las Vegas or Honolulu...it was always added excitement with Don and his brothers, Doug and Bruce.
We were like family and we will miss him dearly.
