I had the pleasure of knowing Ray as a friend and colleague for 26 years at Northeast Utilities. We worked together in the microwave radio group. He patiently taught me much of what I needed to know about computers, especially in the early years. He got us out of countless troubles by using his great analytical mind and terrific sense of humor. I feel fortunate to have known and worked with him.
