COLLINS, Arline D.
Arline Duhaime Collins, of Vernon, born in Harford April 7, 1926, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, (July 19, 2013) at Rockville General Hospital. She is survived by her three daughters, Eleanor Cappa and husband Robert of East Hartford, Jeri Caron and husband Chris of Vernon and Carolyn Langer of Vernon, three granddaughters, Lori-Ann Nisyrios and husband Peter of South Windsor, Robbin Ann Cappa of Coventry, and Leighann Bui and husband Shawn of Fayetteville, North Carolina, two grandsons, Gregory Caron and wife Erin of Tolland and Jeremiah Joseph Langer of Vernon, and four great-grandchildren, Taylor Catherine Nisyrios, Alexis Mae Nisyrios, Gabriella Anastasia Nisyrios all of South Windsor and Madisyn Lorraine Bui. Arline was predeceased by her husband Jeremiah Joseph Collins, Jr., and her daughter, Kathleen Marie Collins.
Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 180 Farmington Ave., on Monday, July 22 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral procession from The Ahern Funeral Home will be Tuesday, July 23 at 9 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy in St. Bartholomew Church, 736 Middle Turnpike, Manchester at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the family plot at Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, CT Chapter, 2075 Silas Deane Highway, Suite 100, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
