KELLERT, Betty Yodkins
Betty Lessard Yodkins Kellert, 76, of Englewood, FL and formerly of Unionville/Farmington, went home to be with God on Tuesday (March 12, 2013). She was born in 1936 in Lewis, NY, received a master's degree in teaching, and taught in Farmington. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and received her 50 year pin. She was president of the auxiliary of the Eagles, secretary /treasurer of the VFW, and a member of auxiliary of the Moose. Betty loved her family, friends, and bowling. Besides her husband, Richard Kellert, she leaves her son, Joseph and his wife Anne Yodkins; daughter, Jeannie Yodkins and her husband Steve Clayton; grandchildren, Katie Yodkins and her husband Nate Stein, Melanie Yodkins, Joanna Yodkins, Jerri-Lynne Clayton, James and his wife Tiffany Clayton, Jennifer Clayton and her husband Chad Clark; sisters, Joan Dubiel, Patricia Vogt; three step children, Bob and his wife Mary Kellert, Carol Cahill, Linda Kellert; four great-grandchildren, two nieces, and a great niece. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Yodkins.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 2, 1 p.m. at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Rd., Avon. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family.
