Bob Ball Obituary
Bob M. Ball, passed away peacefully Friday, January 3rd, 2014. Born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Bob spent most of his life cooking in Restaurants, ending with Max A Mia in Avon. He is survived by his mother, Frances Ball, sister Shawn Ball and husband David Katz, sister Julie Shackelford and husband Roy, nephews Zachary and Patrick, niece Samantha and his dear friend Melissa. He was predeceased by his father Robert Ball. Friends may join in a Gathering of Life at his Mother's home at 79 Rosewood Rd, Avon on Saturday, January 11th, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center, Attn: Fund Development, 80 Seymour St., P.O. Box 5037, Hartford, CT 06106. Arrangements are being handled by The Ahern Funeral Homes, Inc., www.ahernfuneralhome.com.

He was a very good caring, loving, sweet man that I had in my life for ten years! I will miss his smile his caring ways and his laugh and his way of Life! He also knew how to make me smile! I will miss him dearly.
