SAUCIER, Celina M. (Theriault)
Celina M. (Theriault) Saucier, 94, of Bristol, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Ingraham Manor. She is now reunited with her husband, Gordon, who predeceased her in 1986. Celina was born in Ashland, Maine on March 27, 1919, one of thirteen children to the late Joe and Melvina (Morrow) Theriault. Remembered for her craftiness and interior decorating skills, she also leaves her family with a legacy of great strength and independence, along with many cherished memories. She is survived by her children, Jean Slamon and her husband, Richard of Granby, Shirley Ouellette of Bristol, and Gordon Saucier of Windsor; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Irene Nadeau of MA, her brother, Stanley Theriault and his wife, Nada of ME; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughters, Diane Damboise and Charlene Lagacy, and ten siblings.
Services in celebration of Celina's life will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad St, Plainville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church.
