WILSON-BELL, Clarice Evelyn (Halloway)
On Sunday, August 18, 2013, Clarice Evelyn (Halloway) Wilson-Bell, 77, of Simmons Road, East Hartford, CT heard the voice of Jesus saying, Servant of God well done" come home to take your rest. Clarice was the loving wife to the late Joe Wilson. She was born to both the late Lee Halloway and Letha (Sansbury) Holloway in Darlington, South Carolina. She was educated in the Middletown Public Schools, enjoyed reading her Bible, and watching TBN. Mrs. Bell loved the Lord and exemplified this in her everyday life. She was affiliated with the Simms Memorial Church of God In Christ where she served faithfully until her health declined. She was a Certified Nurse Assistant for Riverside Health Care for 43 years. Timeless memories of the family matriarch remains with those who loved her most, her four children, two daughters, Rena Wilson of East Hartford, Wanda Nurse-Wilson of Norwich, two sons, Jerry Wilson and Maurice Bell both of Hartford, one sister, Mary Louise Chilsom of East Hartford, a brother, Louis S. Halloway of East Hartford; one daughter in law, Carol Wilson; 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren a host of other relatives and friends. Besides her husband, She was predeceased by a son, Joseph Wilson, three brothers, Lewesley Halloway, Alphonse Halloway, and Phillip Halloway and a grandson, Charles Teasley, IV.
Home going service will be Monday, August 26, 11 a.m. with viewing at 10 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 346 Butternut St., Middletown, CT. Interment will take place in Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford, CT. ALL FAITH MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 90 John Fitch Blvd. So. Windsor, CT has charge of arrangements.
